Responsibilities: • Greet patients, making them feel comfortable, during the appointment. • Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures. • Assisting the doctor with all aspects of four-handed dentistry, including taking x-rays, taking impressions, Itero scanning and other various clinical roles. • Schedule follow-up appointments and answer patient’s post-op questions. • Prepare/Plan ahead, ensuring that the Dentist’s day runs smoothly. • Tracking lab cases to ensure they are received in a timely manner. • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Conduct work in compliance with Infection Control, safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines. Qualifications: • Active BLS/CPR certification is required • Superb interpersonal skills, customer service, organization, and excellent communication skills are desired • Need state licensure as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) • Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience as a registered dental assistant or certified dental assistant Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
