Why do you choose to work at Providence?

Work at Providence because I believe in the mission and values. The know me, care for me, ease my way is something that is near and dear to my heart. I've chose Providence for the last 11 years because it's helped me grow in my career. I started out as a caregiver, moved up to supervisor, and I'm now a manager of a department. It has given me resources that I need to even excel. I've had the support of wonderful core leaders and managers. I also know the environment here at Providence is exactly what I would want for myself, my family, my children. It's a big deal to know you can go somewhere and you can feel cared for. The culture is very welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable, and if they don't know, they'll find someone for you to get that answer. Providence is a huge part of my life, and I absolutely am proud to work here.
