We are looking for a Director of Sales - Transnational that will take the helm and lead the charge to even bigger and better things for Nexperia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead team to achieve and exceed quarterly/yearly Disti sales targets.
  2. Direct the efforts of the Disti Sales Team in the achievement of NEXPERIA strategic objectives.
  3. Direct the efforts of the Disti Sales Team to meet all Sales and Design Win objectives.
  4. Lead and manage the Disti Sales Team to ensure the NEXPERIA portfolio and services are designed in to a specific set of named accounts.
  5. Responsible for the staffing and maintenance of a high performing and highly engaged sales team.
  6. Effectively communicate to all stakeholders financial and strategic direction.
  7. Work with all stakeholders identifying opportunities where NEXPERIA could provide efficient solutions across focus applications.
  8. Understand formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer and developing relationship strategies to improve NEXPERIA’s position at focus accounts.
  9. Drive the development of Customer Business Plans clearly communicating expectations and requirements towards NEXPERIA in order to meet business targets.
  10. Manage escalations directed to the leadership team.

Skills / Competencies:

  1. Hard Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors including MOSFETs, ESD protection, and LOGIC.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Accomplished team manager/director.
    • The ability to execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    1. Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    2. In-depth understanding of regional Semiconductor Market including reference design influence and transnational accounts.
    3. 10+ years sales experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
    4. 5+ years leadership experience in a cross-functional team.
    5. Proven track record of sales and account management.
