Job Description

Position Overview:

As a salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for our IT offshoring company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and convert potential clients into long-term partners for our offshoring services. This role demands a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our IT offshoring services, capabilities, and the value they can offer to clients.
  2. Create and deliver persuasive and tailored sales presentations to showcase how our offshoring/outsourcing solutions can address client needs and challenges.
  3. Relationship Building:
    Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as the Talent Acquisition department, to ensure that client requirements are met in terms of job-profile match.
  5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  6. Utilize market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the IT offshoring industry.
  7. Proposal Preparation:
    Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner, addressing client-specific requirements and expectations.
  8. Negotiation and Closing:
    Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
    Close deals and secure contracts to grow the client base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred) with minimum 3 years experience.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or business development, especially in the IT offshoring sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT services, software development, and IT project management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
