Job Description
Position Overview:
As a salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for our IT offshoring company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and convert potential clients into long-term partners for our offshoring services. This role demands a combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our IT offshoring services, capabilities, and the value they can offer to clients.
- Create and deliver persuasive and tailored sales presentations to showcase how our offshoring/outsourcing solutions can address client needs and challenges.
- Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as the Talent Acquisition department, to ensure that client requirements are met in terms of job-profile match.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the IT offshoring industry.
- Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner, addressing client-specific requirements and expectations. - Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close deals and secure contracts to grow the client base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred) with minimum 3 years experience.
- Proven experience in IT sales or business development, especially in the IT offshoring sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical understanding of IT services, software development, and IT project management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
