We are a fresh take on Baja-style cuisine, showcasing rich farm-to-fork ingredients, specialty meats, handcrafted made-to-order tortillas, and vibrant Baja flavors. We’re looking for a strong, charismatic leader to join our close-knit team.

 

This position is not just an operational leader, but a cultural leader for this brand-new restaurant, fostering an environment of above-and-beyond hospitality and co-creating an Eastside dining hub. The guest experience is paramount – creating connections with guests and fostering a positive an effective work environment will require a GM that understands the qualitative and quantitative aspects of leading a hospitality business.

Pay: $85-90k

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong service, food and beverage knowledge required
  • Skilled in leading/developing teams
  • Detail oriented, organized and professional
  • High volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems
