Position：Senior Legal Counsel – Litigation (Remote work)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle US litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution related to the business.
2. Deal with inquiries, investigations, and complaints from US regulatory agencies.
3. Draft, review and revise day-to-day business contracts, provide risk assessments and legal consultation opinions to support business growth.
4. In charge of negotiations and legal document reviews related to US matters.
5. Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, Juris Doctor/LLM preferred, US Bar admission (or equivalent in jurisdiction) preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in US legal affairs, familiar with laws and regulations related to company operations and foreign litigation procedure, litigation experience preferred.
3. Strong analytical capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.
4. Excellent English skills, able to handle legal matters using legal English.
5. Strong personal character and professional ethics, strictly abides by relevant laws and regulations, capable of fulfilling duties loyally.
