Job Description:
- We are looking to hire a skilled and dedicated Netskope Tool Engineer to manage and optimize the performance of our Netskope software. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the Netskope software to ensure seamless operations, improve system performance, and enhance security.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and administer the Netskope platform.
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
3. Implement and manage security protocols using the Netskope platform.
4. Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures and protocols.
5. Collaborate with IT team to integrate Netskope into the existing infrastructure.
6. Provide regular reports on system status and performance.
7. Assist in training staff on the use and features of the Netskope platform.
8. Stay updated with latest Netskope software updates and ensure they are installed and implemented correctly.
9. Participate in the planning and design of future network developments.
10. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and data privacy laws.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. Proven experience in managing and administering the Netskope platform.
3. Strong understanding of cloud security and data protection.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
8. Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, or other language.
9. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
10. Relevant professional certifications such as Netskope Certified Cloud Security Engineer will be a plus.
11. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
