The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will support the Operations Talent Acquisition Team with hiring in various departments including cultivation, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand current hiring needs
  • Source candidates via various job boards, Greenhouse ATS, referral networks, job fairs, and other channels to successfully hire for openings
  • Screen candidates, collect and track candidate feedback, and provide recommendations to the hiring managers on who to move forward with in their recruiting process
  • Works with a high level of energy and sense of urgency to fill openings
  • Review high volume of candidate resumes and up-to-date information in candidate tracking system
  • Coordinate scheduling of additional interviews as needed
  • Maintain and update requisition information in ATS
  • Prioritize openings and properly track number of hires for requisitions with more than one approved headcount
  • Proactively implement changes to streamline recruiting processes
  • Extend verbal and written offers in addition to sending required new hire documents
  • Process background checks per state cannabis regulations
  • Provide new hire information to Human Resources ensure proper onboarding
  • Maintain and update data and candidate information in applicant tracking system
  • Post jobs on internal and external job boards
  • Assists in the coordination and planning of recruiting events
  • Assists with various other recruiting projects as assigned
  • Schedules activities, special events and programs, such as interns and co-ops events, scholarship program
  • Assists Talent Acquisition Manager as needed
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with high volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience sourcing and closing entry level and mid-level roles
  • Experience utilizing an ATS system (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
  • Must be an independent self-starter as well as a dependable team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with constant change and ambiguity
  • Ability to travel for job fairs and on-site meetings as needed
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to communicate with senior leaders
