New York City/Columbus Circle Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm with a national practice in aviation and commercial airline liability seeks an associate attorney with experience handling Plaintiff's serious PI, wrongful death, NY Labor Law. Any experience with or exposure to Montreal Convention, aviation Medicare, Lien resolution, and federal practice a real plus.
You MUST be admitted to NY Bar and have 3-5 years of experience handling all phases of personal injury matters including: drafting pleadings, bills of particular, and discovery documents, motions for summary judgment, infant compromise, etc..
Ideal candidate MUST have strong Organizational Skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated, have strong reading and writing skills.
