What will you be doing?
We are looking for a sales operations manager to own and develop our global sales operations process at Blink. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role will have a focus on developing world class sales operations processes, to support our ambitious growth plans by evolving our sales model to maximise technology, operational efficiency, and sales performance. This exciting role will form a part of the sales team and offers the opportunity to play a significant role in an exciting and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own the end-to-end sales operations process, including identifying opportunities for resolution of issues and pro-active improvement, and design and deliver scalable and impactful solutions to address these.
- Identify and implement pioneering methods, operations and technology to evolve our sales process and maximize our potential growth.
- Manage HubSpot, our key database, ensuring data integrity, efficiency and effectiveness at all times. Also optimize Sales Stacks and process that are needed to execute GTM teams' strategy.
- Ensure that sales reporting is timely, accurate and presented in an audience-appropriate format, including investor communications.
- Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales team.
About you
We're looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to develop in a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong sales operations acumen, combined with a tech-savvy background and an analytical mind for experimentation. We’re also looking for:
- A Proven Change Manager – You have experience in leading change management projects to successful outcomes.
- Data Driven - You are comfortable and competent with data and use it to make good judgements and communicate decisions.
- Process Oriented – You are excellent not only in shaping strategy with leadership but also in operationalizing the strategy with GTM teams. Defining the process to execute and measure the success of the strategy and optimizing the process to remove the friction.
- Get Stuff Done – Blink is a scale up, so things move fast and there aren’t always lots of other people to do the work, so you need to be able to balance long term strategic value, with urgent high-quality delivery.
- Build Partnerships: manage stakeholder and partner relationships by communicating clearly, holding others to high expectations and influencing others with different goals.
