We've raised $35M in Seed and Series funding from Accel, a16z, A*, Elad Gil , and notable angels, including the founders of Box, Airtable, Rippling, Okta, Lattice, and Klaviyo.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute demand-generation initiatives to drive new leads.
2. Experiment rapidly with new messaging, channels, and tactics to optimize new customer acquisition.
3. Develop an SEO, paid, and field marketing strategy.
4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to align sales efforts with business objectives, creating a unified, agile approach to marketing.
5. Analyze new experiment performance and communicate learnings to other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally at an early-stage company.
2. Experience implementing marketing software tools.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate marketing performance.
4. Bonus points if you have previous experience marketing customer support/experience tools.

Compensation Range: $131.8K - $151.4K
