You're a sales whiz and you speak Gen Z (ideally, you know a thing or two about vintage clothing too!)

You will be the first hire on the business development team at Fleek, owning new customer acquisition as well as account management of our existing customers.

Your responsibilities include business development on the demand side of our marketplace: finding vintage stores and resellers and helping turn them into buyers on Fleek.

You will work closely with the founders to identify various sales and outreach channels online and offline, driving sales across new and existing customers. Channels for prospecting include email outreach, Instagram outreach, offsite visits, and customer phone calls.

Requirements

You need to be scrappy, innovative, and an analytical thinker. Our buyers and sellers are hard-working GenZ-ers, so having a voice that resonates with our user base is important for success in this role. You should also be willing to wear multiple hats as we grow.

Ideally, you have worked at a high-growth startup before and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in B2B sales and prospecting processes is crucial, along with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development experience. A four-year degree or relevant work experience is required, as well as at least 1 year of previous sales development experience at a technology company. Familiarity with Outreach.io or similar systems is a plus, as is experience with resale or second-hand and vintage clothing.
