We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Coordinator with a strong background in customer service and sales to join our team in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients while ensuring that their staffing needs are met with top-tier talent. Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues or concerns promptly.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all staffing requirements are fulfilled and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Candidate Placement: Work closely with recruiters to identify and present qualified candidates to clients. Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up with both clients and candidates.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on account activity, sales progress, and client feedback. Use data to improve strategies and performance.
  • Business Development: Represent the agency at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.


Qualifications of the Recruitment Coordinator:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business Development role with a proven track record in sales, customer service or marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for exceeding targets.


Salary:

$55,000-$65,000 per year
