What The Job Is All About: The Sr. Financial Analyst plays a critical role in providing management and executives with the analysis and insights necessary for major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis group, you'll lead the annual budgeting process, reforecast the business, and partner with business unit leaders to drive performance improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct quantitative analysis of operational and financial data.
- Build and manage financial databases, organizing and analyzing a variety of data sources.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting data.
- Evaluate new projects and investment opportunities, conducting ROI analysis for comparison.
- Develop budgets and forecasts to project future company performance.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for executives as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Analytics, Economics, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Public Accounting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A high standard of accuracy and precision, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Creative thinker, highly driven, and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to collaborate hands-on with team members across multiple departments.
- Experience using SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus
