What The Job Is All About: The Sr. Financial Analyst plays a critical role in providing management and executives with the analysis and insights necessary for major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis group, you'll lead the annual budgeting process, reforecast the business, and partner with business unit leaders to drive performance improvement.
What You'll Do:

  • Conduct quantitative analysis of operational and financial data.
  • Build and manage financial databases, organizing and analyzing a variety of data sources.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting data.
  • Evaluate new projects and investment opportunities, conducting ROI analysis for comparison.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts to project future company performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses for executives as needed.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Analytics, Economics, or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Public Accounting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A high standard of accuracy and precision, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Creative thinker, highly driven, and self-motivated.
  • Proven ability to collaborate hands-on with team members across multiple departments.
Even Better If:
  • Experience using SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus

$95,000-$117,000 USD
