Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Experience in the ad tech market as either a seller or a user, and in the use of programmatic or SEM platform ad buying tools.
- Demonstrated ability to grow businesses with solution-based products.
- Great organizational, analytical, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strategic and analytical sales approach and track record of building strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Well-organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Manage client and agency relationships. Develop, drive, and renew these relationships across the upper levels of the organization.
- Leverage our client management, industry, and product expertise to scope and understand customer strategic and tactical objectives, to best consult on the adoption of Search Ads 360 technology and best practice solutions to drive search marketing success.
- Work closely with the Search Ads 360 owners to proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities within the accounts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering and Technical Support to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and issue resolution to enable client success.
- Act as the ultimate point of escalation for the resolution of client issues, from analysis and research to coordination of resources.
