- Minimum of 18 months of Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience
**Job Description:**
- Work in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU with a 24-bed capacity and a 12-bed overflow unit
- Manage cases involving congenital heart disease/defects, post-surgical repairs, heart failure, arrhythmias, transplant, and ventricular assist devices (VADs)
- Care for patients ranging in age from neonatal through young adult, and occasionally adult congenital heart disease patients
- Adhere to nurse-to-patient ratios:
- 1:1 for ICU status
- 1:2 for less critical ICU status
- 1:3 for step-down/non-ICU in the overflow unit
