Responsibilities
Exciting LPN position available with fast-paced Urology practice at the new state of the art clinical location. Responsibilities include:
- Rooming patients
- Obtaining vital signs
- Recording with the electronic medical record
- Specimen obtaining and preparation
- Patient prep for procedures
- Assistance during procedures
- High level disinfection of equipment
- Physician documentation support across multiple urology disciplines (general urology, oncologic urology, kidney and bladder stones, infertility, and procedures)
Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Needs to work well in a team approach to provide quality care for complex urologic patients. One year acute care experience or urology experience a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
Requires a diploma from an accredited LPN Nursing Program and an active New York State LPN license in good standing.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $25.79 - $33.52
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
Location: Ambulatory Nursing
Schedule: PT position available (20 hours). Primarily days.
