MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS


  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter or HR Associate supporting over 300 employees across multiple locations.
  • Proven experience in leading a team.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle special projects and unexpected tasks while completing routine responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, written, interpersonal, and phone skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.


JOB SUMMARY


This position collaborates with the Director of Human Resources and other leaders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and programs that address staffing needs. The individual will provide guidance to managers and the recruiting team on staffing policies, continuously enhancing procedures by creating and executing hiring strategies. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers while staying updated on current and future staffing requirements is essential. This role will lead and nurture the recruiting team and oversee the complete recruitment cycle.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a recruiting consultant and leader, responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with hiring objectives.
  • Analyze the job market to identify trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes and implement key initiatives.
  • Manage the ATS System (Trakstar Hire) to track and evaluate recruitment efforts and employee turnover.
  • Develop ongoing training programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of HR to ensure recruitment strategies support the company’s goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Serve as the point of contact for third-party recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external stakeholders.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify the skills and qualifications required for open positions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, recommending best practices to the Director of HR.
  • Oversee the generation of weekly labor tracking reports.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
