Program Overview:
Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on strong knowledge of SAP Procurement capabilities, invoice management, integration with SC pillars, and intra & intercompany stock transfer.
- Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs.
- Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.
- Take responsibility for an end state Product flow automation solution design across primary functions including:
- Stock Movements
- Sub-contracting IC and 3P Management
- IC and 3P Toll Management
- MRP/Inventory Planning
- Intra & Intercompany stock transfer
- Logistic and Intercompany Flows
- Tax - Knowledge of VAT and integration with Vertex is preferred
Requirements Definition:
- Engage with Business Partners to define user stories.
- Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs.
- Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad.
- Ensure the backlog is healthy and aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint.
Solution Design:
- Lead in the overall translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive selection of solution options and assess tech elements of the solution.
- Identify business needs related to solutions requiring integration and configuration options.
- Lead the integrations design based on business needs and J&J best practices.
Product Delivery:
- Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
- Manage the integrated build with the Engineering team.
- Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing.
- Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility.
- Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on squad performance.
Operational Leadership:
- Shape the squad vision & roadmap.
- Interact with other Squads within the Project/Platform.
- Drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives.
- Plan resourcing for the squad.
- Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Education:
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
Domain Expertise:
- Strong End-to-End understanding of Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
- Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP Logistics technical capabilities.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
- Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.
- Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000- $170,200 USD. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
