Program Overview:

Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on strong knowledge of SAP Procurement capabilities, invoice management, integration with SC pillars, and intra & intercompany stock transfer.
2. Lead design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs.
3. Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through deployments.
4. Take responsibility for an end state Product flow automation solution design across primary functions including:

• Stock Movements
• Sub-contracting IC and 3P Management
• IC and 3P Toll Management
• MRP/Inventory Planning
• Intra & Intercompany stock transfer
• Logistic and Intercompany Flows
• Tax - Knowledge of VAT and integration with Vertex is preferred

Requirements Definition:

1. Engage with Business Partners to define user stories.
2. Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs.
3. Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features.
4. Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad.
5. Ensure the backlog is healthy and aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint.

Solution Design:

1. Lead in the overall translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
2. Drive selection of solution options and assess tech elements of the solution.
3. Identify business needs related to solutions requiring integration and configuration options.
4. Lead the integrations design based on business needs and J&J best practices.

Product Delivery:

1. Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
2. Manage the integrated build with the Engineering team.
3. Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing.
4. Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility.
5. Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on squad performance.

Operational Leadership:

1. Shape the squad vision & roadmap.
2. Interact with other Squads within the Project/Platform.
3. Drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives.
4. Plan resourcing for the squad.
5. Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Education:

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.

Domain Expertise:

• Strong End-to-End understanding of Financial and Logistical Flows in multinational operations.
• Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP Logistics technical capabilities.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
• Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.
• Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000- $170,200 USD. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
