With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.Responsibilities:Responsible for daily conference room setups, tear downs, and resets according to specifications (i.e. floor layouts, table & chair sets, beverage set ups); uses judgement to escalate concerns to Conference Center Coordinator/other management.Collaborates continuously with Conference Center Coordinator on daily and upcoming meeting schedules and Conference Center needs.Maintains organized inventory of Conference Center equipment and supplies in respective storage rooms and kitchen areas (i.e. tables, chairs, power strips, beverages, and condiments).Tracking of numbers and volumes for monthly and quarterly reporting (set-ups, calls, emails, etc.).Partners with team members to ensure backup/coverage in all service areas.Problem solves and trouble shoots special requests and works effectively with all stakeholders.Reports all issues to service/facility team for work order entries.Performs floor sweeps daily of Conference Center.Provides excellent customer service.Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:HS Diploma or equivalency requiredWorking knowledge of office services operationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsMust demonstrate exceptional customer service skills; adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skillsMust be able to learn new skills quicklyFlexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting prioritiesStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervisionAble to remain diplomatic in stressful situations; team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders/customersExhibits superior verbal and written customer service skillsMaintains confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materialsAble to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of timeAble to lift or move 50lbs or greater at timesWATCH Where Service Matters :
