Enterprise IT Programmer

Job Description:
We are seeking to fill the position of an Enterprise IT Programmer, to create and maintain the internal software programs for our customer located at the Navy Cheatum Annex in Williamsburg, VA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and programming. They will be experienced with Java and C++. Additionally, 
they will have experience with Android Development Studio and Apple IPhone development.The Enterprise IT Programmer will be responsible for writing computer programs, testing, coding and manipulating codes into the desired language.They will work closely with IT staff, software developers, managers and end users. They will be a hard-working with a keen sense of attention to detail. 
Requirements:
Must be able to write code to enable software applications to provide functionality
Must be able to write and update programs as well as debug and troubleshoot errors 
Must be knowledgeable of computer languages 
Must be an analytical thinker and apply solutions for complex issues
Must have a strong sense for attention to details
Must be able to focus and prioritize tasks with little direction
Must be able to build and use computer-assisted software engineering (CASE) tools to automate writing for some codes
Must have knowledge of developing flowcharts to detail how code can be written 
Must understand the different types of software applications 
Provide training to end users as needed
Education:
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field with 15 years of experience 
Associates Degree will have at least 17 years of experience 
Desired Skills/Tools:
Visual Studio C#, MCV, Identity Framework, JAVA, SQL,T-SQL, SharePoint, Android Development Studio and Apple IPhone development
