Our Meineke Car Care Center is an independently owned and operated automotive repair center. We pride ourselves on outstanding service and a heavy focus on the shop environment for our employees.
We're currently looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team!
Your goal will be to ensure our customers have the best experience possible in our shop and oversee the entire workflow of the shop.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the service department to ensure store sales are maximized and customers have an excellent in-store experience.
- Spend the majority of your time on the front counter as a hands-on manager on the sales floor.
- Ensuring production workflow is efficient and optimized.
- Driving sales and profitability by reviewing reports and utilizing available information to identify issues and areas of opportunity and execute solutions.
- Creating meaningful employee experiences by developing talent and opening doors for career growth.
- Communicating effectively with employees by actively overseeing the flow of information to employees, including store goals, sales programs or company communications.
- 2 years' experience in automotive industry
- 5 years' experience in sales.
- Experience as a manager over retail or similar store
- Experience providing customer service
- Excellent sales skills
- Professional and personal integrity
- Good attitude, willing to work hard and produce good results
- Honest, loyal, trustworthy
- Valid driver's license
- General vehicle operation and maintenance standards
- Oil changes, brakes, tires, exhaust and electrical services
- Fluid flushes, tune-ups, state inspection standards, suspension systems
- Shocks, struts, steering and transmissions
