Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. This role supports product and process development, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product manufacturing processes and improvements, focusing on cost savings and lean activities.
• Ensure seamless product transfers without compromising product design or quality.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including proper use of fixtures and gauges.
• Work closely with manufacturing departments to ensure effective communication and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives to achieve plant performance goals.
• Support production teams in maintaining and achieving production targets.
• Provide cost-saving solutions for processes and products.
• Occasionally travel to customer facilities to facilitate communication and support.

What you'll need:

• Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience in Injection Molding, Automation, and Assembly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Office, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to lead lean events.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

About you:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience (3-5 years preferred).
• Lean and Six Sigma certification preferred.
