Qualifications:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited podiatric medical school.
• Completed a residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Podiatry.
• Valid state license to practice podiatry in Louisiana.
