Job Summary: As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ASMOH USA Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring the integrity of fiscal operations, and driving the company's financial strategy to sustain growth. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to establish financial goals, optimize capital structure, and manage risk. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely submissions to stakeholders.
- Manage financial risk, including overseeing audits, compliance, and internal controls.
- Develop and execute strategies for cost management, profitability enhancement, and revenue growth.
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on business development opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management and capital allocation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Drive financial technology initiatives, improving automation and streamlining accounting processes.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions, contributing financial insights to shape business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and strategic forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- High proficiency with financial management software and ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive business transformation.
