Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiting Manager to join Kualoa Ranch and play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent. As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead our recruitment team and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise in talent acquisition, team management, and process optimization will be essential to ensure the continued success and growth of our company.

Essential Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Stay updated with industry best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to attract high-quality candidates.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and teamwork.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Employer Branding: Work closely with marketing and HR teams to enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and community outreach.

Candidate Assessment: Implement effective candidate assessment methodologies, such as competency-based interviews, values-based assessments, and technical evaluations, to identify the best fit for each role.

Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for their teams.

Recruitment Metrics: Establish key recruitment performance indicators and regularly analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, equal opportunity regulations, and internal company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners to optimize their contributions to the recruitment process.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with experience in a management or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software (Ceridian Dayforce preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
