Kings Lynn Full Time Up to £35,000 DOE per annum

Due to continued expansion, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager at our Kings Lynn site.

The branch is a busy hub offering retail/fast fit work, mobile (commercial) fitting, and distribution operations. As the Branch Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day branch operations including, but not limited to:

  • Being responsible for all aspects of retail operations, including Account and Retail Sales transactions, driving sales, and meeting profitability targets.
  • Effectively lead the team, ensuring that their conduct and working practices adhere to all current legislations (HSE, Employment Law, etc).
  • Reviewing, setting, and adhering to depot standards and sustaining high levels of customer service, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for selling, customer service, and service activities, ensuring staff competence in these areas to optimize and sustain the current expected branch output.
  • Take responsibility for depot stock levels, stock control, and reorder requirements.
  • Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment and depot premises to minimum depot standards as instructed by the company from time to time.
  • Ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company to communicate the Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs.”

Previous experience in a similar leadership role is desirable but not essential; however, knowledge or experience within the tyre industry would be beneficial.

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours, but you may be required to work additional hours for the proper fulfilment of the role.

The salary for this role is up to £35,000 but is negotiable depending on experience.
