AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Solutions Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a background in out-of-the-box and low-code artificial intelligence platforms and workflows, with a proven track record of successfully deploying projects, and enhancing and reimagining existing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and workflows to solve business problems, focusing on out-of-the-box and low-code AI platforms and automation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Evaluate the performance of AI agents, validate results, and make adjustments to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI agents, workflows, and platforms.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users on AI tools and solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of non-internship experience in out-of-the-box and low-code AI engineering.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI agents and solutions, particularly with out-of-the-box and low-code AI platforms and automation.
• Experience with intelligent document processing, including data extraction and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficient in utilizing Azure cloud platform AI tools and services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions.
• Skilled in SQL, Python, and/or .NET.
