Responsibilities:

  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies with the help of our Management Team.
  • Direct the work of our Management Team by setting weekly schedules and assigning responsibilities.
  • Manage the performance of our Management Team through weekly directionals, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Oversee the hiring process for both Management and Hourly employees.
  • Keep a close eye on food, labor, and liquor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
  • Track waste and control labor costs to manage food costs effectively.
  • Handle weekly and monthly P&L reports.
  • Plan and oversee inventories and budgets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain a clean restaurant environment at all times.
  • Develop incentive programs for both Management and Hourly staff members.

Requirements:

  • Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry is a must!
  • A strong passion for service excellence and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements.
  • Thorough knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
  • Proven track record of training and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships with others.
  • Strong leadership skills with high energy levels that inspire others to succeed.
