Responsibilities:
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies with the help of our Management Team.
- Direct the work of our Management Team by setting weekly schedules and assigning responsibilities.
- Manage the performance of our Management Team through weekly directionals, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Oversee the hiring process for both Management and Hourly employees.
- Keep a close eye on food, labor, and liquor costs to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Track waste and control labor costs to manage food costs effectively.
- Handle weekly and monthly P&L reports.
- Plan and oversee inventories and budgets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment at all times.
- Develop incentive programs for both Management and Hourly staff members.
Requirements:
- Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry is a must!
- A strong passion for service excellence and commitment to quality.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements.
- Thorough knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
- Proven track record of training and developing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships with others.
- Strong leadership skills with high energy levels that inspire others to succeed.
