Hr recruiter

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR recruitment experience (security and service-oriented professionals recruitment experience a major plus)
• Experience recruiting virtually
• Possess good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• Ability to be 100% on-site

Responsibilities

• Work with managers to fill vacancies, maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs, and assure vacancies are closed quickly
• Screen applicants and manage onboarding processing for candidates
• Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts
• Post openings and utilize the Internet for recruitment
• Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train
• Other duties as assigned

Benefits

• This is a temporary position that pays $28 / hr-$32 / hr and is slated to last for 6 months (with potential to extend)
