KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the design, development and qualifications of turbomachinery components including Gas Foil Bearings, Liquid Cooling Systems, Turbine Power Systems, Compressors and Fans which meet customer and internal requirements.
- Leading teams in establishing program plans with respect to cost and schedule.
- Identifying and resolving design problems of performance, strength, weight, material selection and finishes.
- Identifying and incorporating best practices for product design.
- Implementing development and qualification test objectives, writing test procedures, and overseeing the preparation of test units and the conduct of tests.
- Coordinating activities to reduce test data, prepare test reports.
- Production Technical support.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 5 years of product development in mechanical equipment experience preferably rotating equipment.

- Business acumen, knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry.
- Extensive experience in rotating component engineering and manufacturing.
