Overview
Our suite of services includes mergers and acquisition, divestitures, institutional private placement of equity and debt, equity underwriting, strategic advisory services, at-the-market offerings (ATMs) and stock buy-back programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborating with the investment banking team and trading desk, you will be responsible for all aspects of equity capital markets related transactions from origination, to preparation and execution, with a primary focus on originating and preparing ATM offerings.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Networking and origination efforts to identify new issuer clients, primarily focused on ATMs, and also IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, M&A advisory services and fairness opinions.
- Negotiating new engagements.
- Due diligence analysis of investment banking clients.
- Preparing ATM offerings to hand off to our trading desk for execution.
Requirements & Skills
- Undergraduate degree in Business (Finance or Accounting).
- SIE and series 79 licenses.
- 2+ years of relevant investment banking experience.
- Both analytical and interpersonal skills - ability to effectively communicate with finance professionals.
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and financial statements.
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positivity, self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
