Position Summary:
The Quality Outcome and Utilization Specialist is an integral part of the Practice Management team. This position is responsible for providing consultation, training, and product development to the Behavioral Health Division for accreditation sustainability processes.
Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, Social Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in behavioral health regulatory requirements management or utilization management activities. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in clinical outcomes data management and reporting preferred.
• Knowledge of utilization management procedures and reporting.
• Requires proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software and programs.
• Ability to work within the guidelines established in the policies and procedures of the agency and assigned program division.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Compensation
Base pay ranges between $20.2255 to $21.8558 per hour.
