Aspire is looking for an energetic Account Manager to join our amazing new Check Mate Tax Advisors team! As a key member of the tax services team, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing client accounts and addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for tax-related matters
  • Assist and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
  • Conduct tax research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with clients on documentation and information needed for accurate and timely tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and maintain accurate records of all tax-related documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in tax accounting or account management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with tax software and the Microsoft Suite
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards


Compensation:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $75,000
