Must Have:

• aPriori should costing tool knowledge.
• Detailed Cost Analysis (should costing) and Manufacturing process knowledge.
• Manufacturing processes: Castings, Forgings, Sheet Metal-Stampings, Machining, Others
• Minimum 7-10 years
• Negotiation with Suppliers: Global supply base
• Performing should cost analysis thru aPriori.

• In-depth Knowledge of Manufacturability / Producibility practices specific to Mechanical /Electrical/Electronics and other components
• Perform technical calculations on parts and simple assemblies.
• Cycle time calculations, MHR calculations- Cost analysis by cost element distributions
• Product costing-For EV vehicles, Automotive, BIW, Castings, Transmissions, Wiring Harness etc.
• Perform Should cost analysis through aPriori tool, maintain database of RM and MHR
• Identify simple cost reduction ideas.
• Able to analyze manufacturing processes of a sub-assembly/part and generate process steps. Knowledge of latest manufacturing processes
• Understanding of GD&T standards for proper application. Able to explain to suppliers how to interpret.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering discipline
• 7-10 years' experience in manufacturing/service domain.
