Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Civil Engineering Project Manager or Junior Engineer at company in Islandia, NY. Responsibilities include conceptual design, site planning, zoning review, grading & drainage design, sanitary system design, stormwater hydrology analysis and design, permitting and expediting support, construction admin and project management to support commercial land use development projects and ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Technically sufficient with AutoCAD, HydroCAD and Microsoft Office
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Experience in the civil engineering design preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
