Baptist Health is hiring a Consultant, Accreditation/Quality to join the Office of Accreditation. This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates programs and initiatives for accreditation and quality including taskforce work.
- Serves as a resource for all accreditation and quality initiatives.
- Researches best practices in accreditation and quality and assists in implementation of initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
RN license and RNC required.
Education Required
Master's Degree
Education Preferred
Doctorate
Experience
- 3-5 Years Clinical Practice Experience
- Experience with training and design of patient/staff Education
- Experience working in a health care setting
- Data Analysis Experience
License and Certification
- Registered Nurse Certified (RNC) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
