Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Corporate Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Corporate Compliance Administration and for Grant Program Coordination, Grant Oversight and Reporting.

In partnership with the Executive Director, Leadership Team, and Directors, the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer will assist in coordinating clinical activities and formulating and administering Center policies and procedures by performing duties personally or through subordinate managers.

The Chief Corporate Compliance Officer is responsible for policy and procedure development, data analysis, and standards compliance. They will participate in the Leadership Team and Clinical Leadership Team by providing information, suggestions, and data regarding program evaluation and planning. This role helps the Center comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities also include the coordination of Corporate Compliance efforts within the Center. In fulfilling this responsibility, the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer is a member of the Leadership Team, working collaboratively with its members to support the creation and functioning of an integrated Corporate Compliance Program that promotes ethical behavior and maintains compliance with related regulatory and accrediting bodies.

The Chief Corporate Compliance Officer coordinates the activities of other Center workforce members in the performance of these projects and conducts reviews to ensure that the Center’s policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior in the organization meets standards set forth in applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent; 1 to 2 years of training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of OMHAS, CARF, and Federal Registry preferred. Maintains licensure status. Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
