- Draft, review and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Communicate with expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, witnesses, and medical providers.
Should have California State Bar License. Experience overseeing general liability/personal injury matters as required.
