Job Responsibilities

• Follow food safety protocols diligently.
• Handle customer inquiries and determine their needs for referral to the Catering Manager.
• Manage event bookings and complete all necessary paperwork and correspondence.
• Attend client site visits, tastings, and events as requested by the manager.
• Support the department's sales efforts, particularly in the catering segment.
• Demonstrate effective communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of work for team members, guests, and products.
