Job Description

As a Technology Fellow, you will apply deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to provide thought leadership and promote innovative solutions that resolve critical issues. This position is recognized for its influence on product research, innovation, and strategic growth initiatives. You will be a key contributor to the organization’s technical direction, ensuring the development of cutting-edge products.

The ideal candidate is an international expert in their field with broad knowledge across associated domains, serving as a spokesperson both internally and externally, interacting with senior leaders and customers at the highest levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the design, development, and maintenance of highly secure and scalable software solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to teams, mentoring and coaching junior staff and influencing development practices across the organization.
  • Drive innovative concepts, products, and solutions that directly impact the future direction of the company.
  • Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with the highest technical standards.
  • Document technical designs, code, and other project deliverables to ensure high-quality communication across the organization.
  • Act as a key influencer in product research and growth strategies, contributing to organizational goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, external partners, and customers to ensure alignment and promote the organization’s thought leadership in the field.
  • Collaborate on achieving 100% automation in development processes. Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments to ensure that products remain at the forefront of innovation.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Recognized thought leader in the field, with contributions to industry publications, patents, or professional organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to devise solutions with long-term strategic impact.
  • Proven experience in contributing to the overall business strategy through technology innovation.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in software development.
  • 15+ years of experience in server-side programming with Java. Expertise in Java, J2EE, SQL, and a passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and coding standards, with a focus on scalability and security. Proven ability to mentor junior developers and guide teams toward best practices.
  • Extensive experience interacting with executive-level stakeholders (VP, SVP) and customers.
  • Knowledge of PLM software, particularly Windchill, is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GIT.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
