We are seeking a motivated Junior Financial Advisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing support for financial planning and investment management services.
  • Help identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new business and assets through networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing client relationships.
  • Support comprehensive financial planning, including retirement planning, investment strategy, estate planning, and risk management under the guidance of senior advisors.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to assist in providing informed advice and guidance to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including compliance, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Support the achievement of individual and team performance targets and goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably within financial planning or investment management.
  • Basic understanding of financial planning, investment management, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and develop in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
