QualificationsPreferred three years of technical skills experience preferred in all areas of Manufacturing. Familiar with SAP.Clear understanding manufacturing practices.Excellent communication and project management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft business software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs and OutlookResponsibilitiesDevelop action plans with Production, Quality, Raws, Warehouse, and Division Quality Assurance to ensure SAP processes are maintained.Lead risk assessment analysis. Manage issues with non-conforming SAP processes. Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and performance.Review and release production to Logistics.Coordinate internal self-assessments from scheduling through the corrective action process.Assist in the preparation for all audits conducted by internal or external personnel.
