Job Description:
As the Floor Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant floor. You will lead our service team, oversee daily operations, and create an inviting environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily floor operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts.
- Collaborate with management on special events, promotions, and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
