Clutch is looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager with agency experience for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
• Create high-quality content, including graphics, photography, and copy.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
• Manage customer service inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Tailor content to specific social media channels.
• Analyze social media analytics to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for social media activations.
• Proactively seek out innovative content opportunities.

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of experience in social media management, including organic and paid.
• Client management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
• Proven experience with social media platforms and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools.
• Experience with Sprout Social preferred.
• Strong photography and graphic design skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with emerging social media platforms.
• Assertive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
