The VP of Field Operations will oversee a team of Directors. The VP will supervise growth in recruiting, sales, and leadership development in each director’s territories along with VPs assigned territory. The VP will train new directors and eventually develop them into leaders who will have the skillset to be promoted to VP or become Business Owners as we expand company operations in the US and abroad. Will report to EVP on all territory sales & recruiting results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Growth assigned territory of direct SGA's and those assigned to the Sales Directors.
- Identify potential talent for future HO positions.
- Identify talent for future SGA promotions.

Education & Work Experienced Required:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in Direct Sales to consumer and sales management
- Experience in recruiting and leadership development
- AIL/NILICO field experience
