Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Lead QA to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on mobile testing platforms and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the mobile testing platform and framework
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining B2B interfaces on vendor-hosted platforms
• Maintaining applications and software platforms, including vulnerability remediation, patching, and user issue resolution
• Providing quality engineers with useful testing tools and workflows
• Participating in scrum ceremonies and planning

Qualifications:

• Very strong communication skills and ability to communicate with senior leadership on report details and outcomes
• Team player
• Thorough understanding of Change management / QE process methodology within Agile is a must
• Experience with JIRA
• Ability to create and maintain Confluence pages
• Ability to execute and examine QE metric reports to identify gaps and priorities related to KPIs
• Ability to perform, report on and drive solutions to incident root cause analysis
