OverviewWe are hiring a Life Sciences Advertising Manager (internally known as Life Sciences Branding & Advertising Manager). As the Fujifilm Life Science brand in the Americas and its associated subsidiaries continue to grow, we have a requirement for a communications and advertising professional with experience in the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical market to deliver Life Sciences branding and communications projects for Fujifilm.This role will play an integral part in managing and delivering branding and building 360-degree media plans and communications projects supporting Life Sciences entities in the region to build awareness of Fujifilm in the field of Life Sciences.This position is fully remote, but will need to be available to work East Coast hours.FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation (HLUS) is the holding company for North American based FUJIFILM companies operating in many states across the US, as well as in Canada, Brazil and Colombia and engaged in the research, development, manufacture, sale and service of FUJIFILM products. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the office serves to cultivate and foster relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology businesses, as well as academic and other research organizations.External USResponsibilitiesEstablish an annual Life Sciences Americas branding multi-channel media plan.Strong business and marketing strategy skills, experience developing KPIs and measurement frameworks, and competency in developing data-driven stories and insights.Create comprehensive brand advertising campaigns annually to leverage the Fujifilm brand in the life science sector by working with external agency partners. The candidate is expected to lead the project and agency management by creating messaging and assets for 360 degree media plan.Execute digital marketing strategies and activities mainly focused on Life Sciences market, including working with agencies to deliver multi-media campaigns. Social media and website management in both paid and owned content will be expected. Use of web analytic software such as Google Analytics and UTM tracking codes will be valued.Build, shape and manage the Fujifilm brand in the life science field by developing brand management and assets.Lead, execute and support large bio-pharma exhibitions while building communications and brand assets working with related stakeholders.Conduct the delivery of Life Sciences brand research – with the additional support of external research agencies.Work closely alongside the HLUS-Corporate Communications and individual Life Science companies to ensure the delivery of key Life Sciences branding events, activities through, key stakeholder visits, and trade show/exhibition presence.Strong business and marketing strategy skills, experience developing KPIs and measurement frameworks, and competency in developing data-driven stories and insights.Required Skills/Education5+ years experience in an Advertising, Marketing, or Branding role for an organization or an agency in the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical sector.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or life sciences-related discipline.Excellent communications skillsProven ability to work independently but also as part of a team.High level of curiosity and desire for new learning new business in highly matrix and complex businessStrong experience in managing a network of external agencies.Strong planning skills, creative thinking, and sound judgmentThis role is expected to travel domestically for key conferences and content creation, such as video shoots, and expected to attend key strategic meetings (4-6 business trips annually).Desired SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or life sciences-related discipline.Demonstrable experience working in a networked international business (Japan, Europe, and other regions or countries)Good interpersonal skillsAbility to use MS365 SuiteSalary and Benefits:$85,000 - $95,000 depending on experienceMedical, Dental, VisionLife Insurance401kPaid Time OffEEO/AGENCY NOTESFujifilm is an equal opportunity employer to all, regardless of age, ancestry, color, disability (mental and physical), exercising the right to family care and medical leave, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, military or veteran status, national origin, political affiliation, race, religious creed, sex (includes pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and related medical conditions), and sexual orientation, and any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.To all agencies: Please, no phone calls or emails to any employee of Fujifilm about this requisition.
