This position is remote, but candidates will be based in our Tampa, Phoenix, Wilmington, Washington DC, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Baltimore, Boston, Minneapolis, Raleigh, Philadelphia, Austin, Dallas, Houston, or Reston office and should reside within reasonable commuting distance to the home office as occasional in-person meetings will be necessary.

The Recruiting Team is responsible for identifying top talent across the United States through the development of innovative recruitment strategies. The team manages day-to-day interactions with a high volume of diverse candidates and hiring managers, working cohesively and efficiently to fill staff requisitions in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years’ recruiting experience required in a high-volume recruiting department
  • Experience working in ATS systems (i.e, Taleo, Peoplefluent)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recruiting experience in a law firm

What will your day look like?

You will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy. You will screen resumes, review video interviews, make recommendations for hire, and deliver employment offers. You will follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process. You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure successful hiring practices. You will communicate important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (compensation, benefits), manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and communicate with HR regularly to coordinate new hires and other recruiting activities as needed.
