Job Requirements / Description

This position will lead and oversee the operational management of the companys information technology operations, systems, and applications. The role is critical in executing the technology roadmap that enhances business processes, improves system efficiencies, and supports the organizations goals. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, hands-on technical capabilities, and the ability to manage projects and vendors to meet business goals. This position demonstrates the organizations core values of Own It , Passion , Honesty , and Respect .

President A-1 Global Holdings, Inc.

Essential Functions

  • Implement strategic initiatives while supporting the organizations applications, infrastructure, and systems.
  • Develop and revise policies in response to incidents or changes in the IT environment.
  • Maintenance of all corporate applications, infrastructure, and systems.
  • Partner with third-party software and infrastructure teams for enhancements related to the company's technologies.
  • Provide hands-on team leadership while upholding the companys values and culture.
  • Build strong relationships with department leaders and stakeholders to understand systems solutions' pain points, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of multi-disciplined staff.
  • Partnering with other teams and vendors to help execute initiatives that drive operational scale, productivity, security, and efficiency.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and prompt completion of tasks and initiatives.
  • Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years in a professional IT Systems Leadership role
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or at least 8 years of experience in an application-related role.
  • Experience managing teams, projects, timelines, and third-party vendors.
  • Willingness to get hands-on to move a project forward or troubleshoot issues.

Education

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Programing

Work Environment / Physical Demands

  • This job operates in the office area and a manufacturing plant. The employee will periodically be exposed to high noise and temperatures.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • This full-time, exempt-level position requires occasional travel and weekend work.
